Why was Delta Rho Sorority, Inc created?
Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. was founded on July 1, 2004 because of the need for Unity and Sisterhood amongst professional women and within our communities. The 4 (four) founders of Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. realized the desire for women to be apart of an organization (Sorority) that defines Sisterhood without the collegiate experience.

The mission of Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. is to promote community involvement and community enhancement through unity and professionalism.
What is the difference between Delta Rho and a traditional Greek sorority?
Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. is a Professional, Community Service sorority/organization, which means that we promote community involvement and community enhancement through unity and professionalism . While we do adopt the Greek letters of "Delta Rho" for our organization name, we differ from the traditional Greek organizations in that you do not have to be in college or be a college graduate to join Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. was created to define Sisterhood without the collegiate experience.

Since one does not have to be in college or a college graduate to join Delta Rho Sorority, Inc.; do you not encourage higher education?
While you do not have to be a college student or graduate to join Delta Rho Sorority, Inc. we value education to the utmost. In fact, 50% of our members have Bachelor's Degrees, 33% have Master's Degrees, 17% have Associate's Degrees as their highest levels of education completed.

Why do I have to be 25 or older to join Delta Rho Sorority, Inc.?
Delta Rho Sorority Inc. requires the members to be 25 years or older to maintain our professional and mature appearance. Delta Rho Sorority Inc. is seriously dedicated to community enhancement. Most women by the age of 25 are established in the workforce and have a good idea about what they want out of life.
